Short, because there isn't much to it.

The subscription

Pro is $5 per month, billed by Stripe, renewing automatically until you cancel. It unlocks the full data on this site — ownership history, trajectories, and the complete trading feed. Access is for you; one subscription is one person, not a team licence or a redistribution right.

Cancelling

Anytime, in one click: Account → cancel. You keep access through the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after. No emails required, no retention flow, no one asks why.

Refunds

Email hello@founderledequities.com within 7 days of any charge and I'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After 7 days, cancel and the subscription simply doesn't renew.

The data

Everything here is compiled from public SEC filings and provided for information only. It is not investment advice, accuracy is pursued but not guaranteed, and where this site and a filing disagree, the filing is right. The full statement is in the fine print.

Changes and contact
